We’ve successfully reached our goal of recruiting Cancer Strategists this semester from the Wake Forest student population… BUT, we’ve been overwhelmed by the qualified & passionate students that have contacted us, so we’re continuing the interviews through mid-January! Training for our corps of Strategists will begin at the end of January, and then our Strategists will be paired with the bravest patients we can find! Lives will be saved. Lives will be extended. And no one’s life will ever be the same after this semester.

We’re very excited to announce a partnership today with Kappa Alpha Order at Wake Forest. KA is a chapter of respected leaders on Wake’s campus, and they’ve stepped up to support the hands-on fight against cancer. We’re honored to have the Wake Forest KA’s backing us, and we’re excited about the lives we’re in the process of extending & saving. What’d you say, Cancer? I can’t hear you. #KAleadstheway

IT’S OFFICIAL! TAKE THE FIGHT partners with Wake Forest’s nationally ranked Cancer Center to train a first-ever Corps of elite students then pair them with complex cancer patients unlike anywhere else in the world.
