TAKE THE FIGHT partners with Wake Forest’s nationally ranked Cancer Center to train a first-ever Corps of elite students then pair them with complex cancer patients unlike anywhere else in the world. The Director of Wake Forest’s Brain Tumor Center of Excellence, Dr. Glenn Lesser, leads the charge for Wake Forest Baptist, and he joins our Advisory Board. It’s the inaugural national cancer center to Take The Fight to Cancer. Patients will be more informed, more engaged, more efficient; and we will have more survivors. We will redefine the extent of patient care ever thought possible. It’s not a charity, it’s an army.
